Zwolle, LA - Funeral services honoring the life of Joyce Crooks, 72, will be at 2:00 pm Monday, August 1, 2016 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Zwolle, LA with Father Timothy Hurd officiating. Burial will follow at St. Joseph's in Zwolle, LA. The family will receive friends at Rose-Neath on Saturday, July 30, 2016 from 10 AM until funeral on Monday, Rosary will be at 6:45 PM Sunday July 31, 2016. Joyce was born on February 15, 1944 in Zwolle, Louisiana to Walter & Elva Crooks and passed away on July 27, 2016. She had the heart that cared completely. She had the smile that brought so much pleasure. She had the love that brought joy beyond measure. Proceeding her in death were her parents Walter & Elva Crooks; brothers Ray Crooks, Joseph Freddie Crooks, Harold Crooks, and Charles Crooks; sister Cleo Ezernack; great grandchildren Layla Sepulvado and McKenzie Walraven. She is survived by her Sons John Dale Walraven Jr. & wife Jackie, Terry "Porkey" Walraven, Charles "Buddy" Walraven & wife Priscilla; Daughters Darlene Walraven, Shannon Toopes & husband Gerald, Kallie Russell & husband Steve, Susie Sepulvado & husband Kevin, Stacy Shephard & husband Anthony; sisters Ella Garcie & husband Herman, Linda J. Crooks; Brothers Robert Crooks & wife Linda and Louis Ludwig Crooks; grandchildren Waylon, Shelby, Logan, Shaun, Brittany, Michael, Jeffrey, Bonner, Trista, Taylor, Lacey, Alexis, Alyssa, Bud, Dewayne, Rachel, Kolton, Courtney, and Kirsten; great grandchildren Seth, Anthony Jr., Jerlando, Airyonna, Amare, Nicholas, Keagan, Trenton, Brantley, Sarah, Raelyn, and Trealon.
