JT Johnson

Funeral services will be held for JT Johnson, age 86, at 11:00 a.m., on Wednesday, November 11, 2015 at First Baptist of Arcadia. Bro. Jeff Hoffman will officiate. The interment will follow at Arcadia Cemetery. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 5:00 until 8:00 at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Arcadia. Mr. JT Johnson was born September 10, 1929 in Hico, LA to Thomas Scott and Ressie Reynolds Johnson. He entered into rest on November 8, 2015, in Arcadia. JT was a member of First Baptist of Arcadia. He worked as a poultry grader for the Louisiana Department of Agriculture. He is preceded in death by his parents, son Jerry Wayne Johnson, grandchildren Kelly Paige Johnson and Michelle Dawn Johnson, sisters Jeffie Larance and Ruby Britt and by brothers Olen Johnson and Huey Johnson. He is survived by his wife Madeline McGee Johnson, son Robert "Rabbit" Johnson, daughter Jo Ann Beisch and husband John, by grandchildren Jennifer Riser and husband Wynne, April Robichaux and husband Mike, Scotty Johnson and wife Meg and Crystal Perritt and husband Bobby, by great-grandchildren Kyler Perritt, Tucker and Peyton Riser, Ali and Gage Robichaux, Ginger and AJ Johnson, and by numerous other family and friends. Pallbearers will be Scotty Johnson, Wynne Riser, Tucker Riser, Peyton Riser, Mike Robichaux and Gage Robichaux.
