Judy Kathleen Kephart
Judy \"Kathy\" Kathleen (Robinson) Kephart, born on July 27, 1947 in Shreveport, Louisiana, to Edith Burns and the late James Ari Robinson, passed away peacefully at age 71 on December 15, 2018. Kathy was the beloved wife to the late Blanton Seth Kephart. She is survived by her sons, Mark Kephart (Delisa Kephart); and Michael Kephart; daughters, Dancer Wren (Cornelious \"Junior\" Wren) and Kelly Lawrence (Carter Lawrence); brothers, James Robinson and Mark Robinson; and grandchildren, Rachael Kephart, Kalen Kephart, Marquis Kephart, Jaiden Kephart, Courtney Wren, Christopher Wren, Jacob Wren, Connor Wren, Issac Wren, Elizabeth Jude Kephart, and Charlotte Lawrence. Judy loved her family deeply and her grandchildren were the light of her life. She enjoyed watercolor painting and cooking. Family and friends were important to her, as she was always happy to visit with those she loved. She enjoyed get-togethers where she could talk and feed her family and friends. Her Sunday get-togethers were always a hit. She was a free spirit; she believed in being kind to others and doing what you love. She had a very close relationship with the Lord, and found comfort in knowing that he was watching over her. She had a zest for life that manifested in the bright colors and cultural effects in which she was surrounded. She was kind; she was loving; she will be greatly missed. Friends and family members may attend the graveside service, officiated by Pastor Jon West, on Wednesday, December 19 at 10:00 a.m. at Centuries Memorial Park, 8801 Mansfield Road, Shreveport.
