She was passionate about her job as the Director of Nurses for Willis Knighton Hospice in Shreveport. Her hobbies were fishing and traveling, and she especially loved going to the beach. But more than that, she loved spending time with her husband, girls, and family. The family would also like to give a special thanks to The Willis Knighton Health System\'s Hospice Family - The value you have added to our lives cannot be measured. We have gained a much deeper understanding and appreciation for what Julie spent her professional nursing job doing. What you do physically to help those suffering is truly a gift. What you do for their families is nothing short of being a blessing straight from God. Thank you for being God\'s angels here on earth. The family is comforted in the knowledge that Julie went home this Christmas.
