Funeral services for Juliette Woods will be held Friday, January 30, 2015 at 1 p.m. at Rose-Neath Funeral Home Chapel in Minden, Louisiana. Interment will follow at Springhill Cemetery in Ringgold, Louisiana. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until service time Friday, January 30, 2015 at Rose-Neath. Juliette was born December 8, 1925 in Ringgold, Louisiana and entered into rest January 28, 2015 in Homer, Louisiana. She was a member of Antioch Baptist Church, secretary and bookkeeper for Woods Tank and Boiler Works, Valedictorian of her class at Ringgold High School, and loved playing basketball. She was preceded in death by her husband E J Woods and daughter Janice Laverne Woods. She is survived by her sons Ronald D. Woods and wife Brenda of Minden, Larry F. Woods and wife Dianna of Minden, daughter Judith Woods Frye of Minden, brother Charles "Butch" Giddens of Biloxi, Mississippi, and number of grandchildren, great and great great-grandchildren.
