Kathleen "Kathy" Fuller

Kathleen “Kathy” Fuller , 79, of Shreveport was born on October 27, 1944 and went to be with her Heavenly Father on October 5, 2024, following a sudden illness. 

A visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. with services to follow at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, October 11, 2024 located at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, 2500 Southside Drive in Shreveport. Burial will be held at Centuries Memorial Park Cemetery, 8801 Mansfield Road in Shreveport. Officiating the service will be Pastor Clay Fuqua. Honoring Kathy as pallbearers will be Danny Fuller, Gene Harville, Zack Harville, Joey Fuller, Logan Harville, and Chris Lang. 

Miss Kathy, also known as “Mimi” to her friends and family, will be remembered for her caring and kind spirit; and her loving and loyal heart. She was intuitive and very spiritual. She enjoyed spending time with her family, cooking Sunday lunch, and reading her favorite “romance” novels. Kathy was truly one-of-a-kind, and will also be remembered for her tenaciousness and being a TRUE force-of-nature. In addition to her family, she was just as devoted to her “work” family. During her 60+ years working in the medical field, she was known for her dedication and strong work ethic. Kathy took pride in making patients’ needs her first priority. 

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Beth Harville (Gene) and Danny Fuller (Susie); grandchildren, Zachary Harville, Joey Fuller (Maddie), Alice Fuller; great-granddaughter, Copelynn Mae Fuller. She also leaves behind her sister, Patty Schumacher. Kathy is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Fuller; parents, Bruce and Esther Ferguson; sisters, Joanne Schultz and Leah Ferguson. She is also preceded in death by precious granddaughter, Kady Harville. Gone from this Earth, but never forgotten. In our hearts we know Kathy was welcomed at the gates of Heaven by Robert and Kady Lou.

The family suggests memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or to their favorite "No Kill" shelter for animals.
