Kenneth Wayne Craig

A graveside service for Kenneth “Ken” Wayne Craig, 75, will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, November 20, 2023 at Rose-Neath Cemetery, 5185 Swan Lake Spur, Bossier City, Louisiana. Officiating the service will  be Brother Larry Hawkins.

Kenneth was born on April 10, 1948 in Shreveport, Louisiana to Orville and Mattie Craig and passed away Wednesday, November 15, 2023 in Shreveport, Louisiana.

Ken was a master auto mechanic and all around handyman who loved the Dallas Cowboys and Nascar. He was always full of funny sayings of his own making and never met a stranger. He enjoyed the outdoors and a good cold beer.

He is preceded in death by his parents and his beloved wife of 28 years, Rosa Gail Craig. Left to cherish his memory are his daughter, Stephanie Fryar and husband, Kent; step-sons, Thad Pittman and wife, Katie and Todd Pittman and wife, Carrie and grandchildren, Jake Boogaerts, Nick Boogaerts and wife, Bailey, Elizabeth Fryar, Sydney Pittman, Maggie Pittman and Charles Pittman.

The family would like to express special thanks to the staff at The Cottages and Village Healthcare at The Glen and the staff of Lifepath Hospice for their care and compassion over the last nine months.
