Kenneth Allen Kimbrell

Shreveport, LA - Funeral services for Kenneth Allen Kimbrell, 80, will be held 12 noon Friday, March 13, 2015 at Rose-Neath's Southside Chapel. Officiating will be Dr. Mike Hawkins. Interment will follow in Forest Park West Cemetery. The family will receive friends for visitation from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Thursday, March 12, 2015 at the funeral home. Mr. Kimbrell was born December 18, 1934 in Wortham, Texas and passed away March 10, 2015. He was a resident of Shreveport, Louisiana. He was a electrician for 31 years and later became a car wash owner with locations in Shreveport and Bossier City. He was a faithful member of Woodridge Baptist church. He was preceded in death by his wife, JoAnn Kimbrell; father, William McKinley Kimbrell; mother, Laura Mae Bunch; sister, Katie Mae Burleson; brothers, Donnie Ray Kimbrell, Lonnie Kimbrell; and sister, Lela Margaret Spencer. Left to cherish his memory are his loving sons, Bradley A. Kimbrell and Kenneth D. Kimbrell; siblings, Lela Belle Erwin, Maude Dean Caldwell, Johnnie Kimbrell, Annie Marie Doan, and Thomas Roscoe Kimbrell.
