Kenneth was born September 30, 1929 in Estilene, Texas and entered into rest May 21, 2020 in Minden, Louisiana. He was owner/operator of McGowan Builders. He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty McGowan, sons, Mickey and Kenny McGowan, grandchildren Garrett and Lori and brother Billy McGowan. He is survived by his sons, Rickey McGowan and Jeff McGowan, sisters, Barbara McGowan and Evelyn Willis, brother, Jimmy McGowan, grandchildren, Mike, Jason, Samantha Amanda, and great grandchildren, Autumn and Johnston.
