Kenneth Wayne Frazier

A graveside service for Kenneth Wayne Frazier will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 4, 2021 at Forest Park Cemetery, St. Vincent in Shreveport, Louisiana. Officiating the service will be Tim Frazier and Jack Lewis. Kenneth was born on June 23, 1933 in O'Donnell, Texas to Thomas Loy Frazier and Ethel Erma Cabbiness Frazier and passed away Tuesday, August 31, 2021 in Shreveport, Louisiana. Kenneth graduated Austin High School in 1950 before attending the University of Texas, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering. He then started his career with City Service in Texas. He later became the owner/President of ENGEO Co. and Natural Gas and Oil Engineering. He was also a licensed Professional Engineer. He was a member of the Shreveport Geological Society, Texas Exes, Society of Petroleum Engineers, American Society of Civil Engineers, Chairman of the Republican Party for Northwest Louisiana, Commander of the Shreveport Power Squadron and Red River Rounders. He was Co-Founder of the ArkLaTex Crisis Pregnancy Center and Co-Founder of the Louisiana Christian Coalition and was Pack Leader for the Boy Scouts of America. He was an active member of Trinity Baptist Heights for 52 years and in his community and politics. He loved his family more than anything in the world. Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Billy Ray Frazier and Perry Frazier and sister, Jerrilyn Whipple and brother-in-law, Otto Schumann and wife, Irene. He is survived by his children, Nan Magness and husband, Randy, Becky Hall and husband, Chuck and Julie Brown and husband, Robert; grandchildren, Dana Magness Rausch and husband, Bo, Megan Crim, Benjamin Hall, Frazier Hall, Thomas Hall, Avery Hall Wade and husband, Taylor, Matthew Guidroz and wife, Ashley, Christopher Ezernack and Analise Brown-Frazier; great-grandchildren, Anderson Rausch and Andrew Rausch; sisters-in-law, Annita Frazier and Jimmie Lea Chris; brother-in-law, Harry Chris and many, many nieces and nephews.
