Graveside services for Kerry O. Burns will be held Saturday May 23, 2015 at 11 a.m. at Holly Springs Cemetery in Minden, Louisiana with Bro. Bill Crider and Pastor Kay Gilbert officiating. Visitation will be from 10 til 11 a.m. Saturday at Holly Springs Baptist Church before the service. Kerry was born December 19, 1940 in Shreveport, Louisiana and entered into rest May 21, 2015 in Minden, Louisiana. He is survived by his wife Elaine M. Burns of Minden, sons Kevin Burns of Shreveport, David Burns of Costa Rica, daughter Judith Burns of Florida, stepson Al Blount and wife Susan of Arkansas, stepdaughter Melissa Griffith and husband Mark of Minden, brothers Henry Burns and wife Lynette of Haughton, A.J. Burns, Jr. and wife Jo Lynn of West Monroe, eight grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
