BETHANY, LA - Funeral Services for Mr. L. C. Swinney, 68, will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 7, 2015 at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, 1815 Marshall St., Shreveport, LA. Interment will be at Lincoln Memorial Cemetery in Shreveport, LA. Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Friday, March 6, 2015, at Rose-Neath. Preceding him in death are his parents; two sisters, Susieta and Linda Sue; and three children; L.C. Jr., Charlie, and Debra. He is survived by his beloved wife, Beverly Digilormo Swinney, who stood by him through it all, never wavering; they had a bond that will never be broken; his sons, Tony M. Swinney (his Baby Boy), J.C. Swinney and Bobby Ray House; daughters, Zina Hills (Marion), Angela M. Hunter (Eric), Theresa Butler and Gwen Swinney; four brothers; two sisters; Chris Hunter, affectionately known as #1, and all of his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, the loves of his life.
