Lela Morris

Graveside services will be held for Lela Elizabeth Morris at Centuries Memorial Park, 8801 Mansfield Road, Shreveport, LA. on Thursday, June 11, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. Visitation will be held prior to service from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at Rose-Neath Funeral Home- Southside Chapel, 2500 Southside Drive, Shreveport. She passed away June 7, 2020 at the age of 92. She was a homemaker, she took care of her family. She enjoyed gardening. She was a member of Western Hills Baptist Church. Lela was preceded in death by her husband, J.T. Morris; her parents, Floyd and Onie Williams; her four brothers and a sister. She leaves behind her children, Michael Morris, Mary and husband James Kirk, Gayle Linde, Brenda and husband Jack Bozeman; she had 8 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and two great great-grandchildren. She leaves behind many well-loved nieces and nephews. She will be missed.
