Funeral services for Lillian Nell Perry, 83 will be held Wednesday, June 18, 2014 at 11 a.m. at First Pentecostal Church in Minden, Louisiana. Officiating will be Rev. T. F. Tenney, Rev. Jeff Ramsey, Rev. Jerry Dean, Rev. W.C. Puckett, Jr., and Rev. E.D. Puckett. Interment will follow at Gardens of Memory in Minden. The family will receive friends from 5 until 8 p.m. Tuesday, June 17, 2014 at First Pentecostal Church in Minden. Nell was born December 16, 1930 in Hodge, Louisiana and entered into rest June 16, 2014 in Shreveport, Louisiana. She was a member of First Pentecostal Church in Minden and Bossier City and a retired teacher from Webster Parish School System. She enjoyed quilting and was a member of Red River Quilters. She was a long time volunteer of UCAP of Minden. Her husband Charlie L. Perry, Jr., parents William and Iola Puckett, and brother Arnese Puckett preceded her in death. She is survived by her sons Stephen Perry and wife Denise of Houston, Texas, Cecil Perry and wife Gay of Tioga, daughters Lillian Dianne Cheatwood and husband Gerald of Shreveport, Judy Charlene Southern and husband Charles Lynn of Shreveport, Nelda Faith Martin and husband Tommy of Bossier City, brothers Rev. E. D. Puckett and wife Marlene of Carrollton, Kentucky, Rev. W.C. Puckett, Jr. and wife Joyce of Minden, Ronald C. Puckett and wife LayVonne of Stanford, Kentucky, Frank G. Puckett and wife Betty of Carrollton, Kentucky, sisters Ramona Zwosta and husband Mike of Hillsboro, Kentucky, Wanda King and husband Donnie of Minden, grandchildren Lana Cheatwood Wray, Clay Southern, Stephanie Perry Patrisso, Suzanne Perry, Lee Lewis, David Lewis, Cecil C. Perry, Jr., Nila Perry Coffey, Ashley Perry Vest, and 10 great-grandchildren.
