Lily Frances Jordan

Shreveport, LA- Funeral services for Lily Frances Macheca Jordan, 75, will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, September 26, 2017 at Rose-Neath Southside Chapel with Rev. Billy Crosby and Rev. Wayne Dubose officiating. Interment will follow in Forest Park West Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday, September 25, 2017 at the funeral home. Frances was born February 23, 1942 in Shreveport to Nick and Ruth Macheca and passed away on September 22, 2017 in Bossier City, LA. She was a longtime choir member and soloist at Summer Grove Baptist Church. She was the owner of Frances Beauty Salon. Frances was preceded in death by her parents. Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Ted C. Jordan; daughters, Brenda Truelove and husband Ray, Niki Arrambide and husband Steve, and Toni Crawford and husband Thomas; grandchildren, Daniel Truelove, Jacob Truelove, Chase Arrambide, Reagan Gibbs, Cade Arrambide, Courtney Crawford, Caitlyn Crawford, and Carlee Crawford; and brother, John Robert Macheca. Pallbearers will be Ray Truelove, Steve Arrambide, Thomas Crawford, Daniel Truelove, Jacob Truelove, Chase Arrambide, Cade Arrambide, and Butch Bruce. The family would like to extend a special thanks to Dr. Savory, Dr. Davis, and Dr. White for their years of care; Dr. Nelson and the staff at Cornerstone Hospital in Bossier City; and Louisiana Home Health, especially her nurse Rachel.
