Linda Catherine Walraven

Linda Catherine Walraven 59 of Robeline, LA entered into eternal rest on June 26, 2014 at Willis-Knighton Medical Center in Shreveport, LA. She was born in Converse, LA on August 5, 1954. She was preceded in death by her parents Robert W. Walraven and Louella L. Walraven; brothers Robert Gene Walraven, Raymond Wiley Walraven, J. D. Walraven, Sr.; sisters Bobbye Ann Glover, Diane Ebarb. She is survived by sisters Charlotte L. Constable and husband Ernie of Marthaville, LA, Lennie Bell Durmond of Noriathy, NM, Geraldine Cormier of Abbeville, LA; a host of nieces, nephews, and friends. Linda worked in the retail business as a clerk for a number of years. She was a member of Old Pisgah Baptist Church of Marthaville, LA. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, June 29, 2014 at 2:00pm at Old Pisgah Baptist Church. Rev. Dean Johnson and Rev. Ray Dyess will officiate. Interment will follow in the Zwolle City Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church on Saturday, June 28, 2014 from 5-10pm. Honoring her as pallbearers will be Bernard Martinez, Chad Martinez, Austin Beard, Kevin "Man" Martinez, Rodney Cormier, Daleon Walraven. Honorary pallbearers will be Ernie Constable and George Glover.
