Lois M. Murphy

Lois was born March 10, 1934 in Lafourche Parish, LA to Jefferson Cheramie and Delphine Laura (Pitre) Cheramie and entered into rest on July 9, 2020 at her daughter's residence in The Woodlands, TX. A visitation for Lois will be held on Saturday, July 11, 2020 from 12:00 PM-2:00 PM at Siloam Baptist Church. Funeral services for her will begin at 2:00 PM with Brother Wilton Anthony and Brother Ricky Robinson officiating; interment to follow in the church cemetery. Preceding Lois in death were her parents, Mr. & Mrs. Jefferson Cheramie; and her son, Chris Anthony Cheramie. Those left behind to cherish her memory are Donald Lee Murphy of Many, LA; her son, Robert Webb, Jr. of Saipan of the Northern Mariana Islands; her daughter, Dell Webb of Nacogdoches, TX, her daughter, Kim Suter & husband, John of Richmond, TX, her daughter, Carol Webb of The Woodlands, TX, her sister, Deanna Faggard & husband, Reggie of Marrero, LA; and her brother, Henry Cheramie of Marrero, LA. In addition, she leaves behind 15 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and another on the way; along with a host of nieces, nephews, friends, and other family to mourn her passing. Honoring her as pallbearers will be Shawn Peterson, Matthew Johnson, Joshua Johnson, Thomas Lightfoot, Jeff Tarpley, and Larry Nugent.
