Funeral services honoring the life of Lola Mae Cobb, of Shreveport, Louisiana will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 28, 2021 at Old Saline Baptist Church in Saline, Louisiana. Officiating the service will be Brother Michael Reed. A visitation will be held at Old Saline Baptist Church in Saline, Louisiana from 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.. Interment will be held at Old Saline Baptist Church Cemetery in Saline, Louisiana. Lola was born on April 13, 1927 in Saline, Louisiana to Archie Lee Bryant Sr. and Annie Maud Caskey Bryant. She entered into eternal rest on July 24, 2021 in Shreveport, Louisiana. Preceding Lola in death are her parents, Archie and Annie Bryant; husband of 75 years, Lewis V. Cobb Sr.; son, Edmond Lee Cobb; along with her siblings. She leaves behind her son, Lewis V. Cobb Jr. and wife Kim of West Monroe, Louisiana; daughters, Annie Jane Cox of West Monroe, Louisiana, Kathie Sue Ramsey of Batesville, Arkansas; grandchildren, Rodney Christian Jr. and wife Heather, Rob L. Christian and wife Karen, Brian L. Cobb and wife Lisa, Ashly Caserotti and husband Lance, Jeremy L. Cobb, Chrystal Shetron, Jennifer Burleson; great-grandchildren, Kaine, Kendall, Cason, Brianna, Ian, Natalie, Courtney, Shae, Shelby, Kolt, Jordan, Kendrick, Estin, Breslyn, Kahleah; along with 4 great-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Honoring Lola as pallbearers will be Brian Cobb, Rob Christian, Jeremy Cobb, Bly Horn, Terry Cobb, and Kaine Christian. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Bob Thompson, Rodney Christian Jr., and Lewis Cobb Jr..
