Loretta L Giddings

Saline, LA Celebration of life and going home service for Loretta Giddings, 67, was held Thursday, June 8, 2017 at Kilpatrick's Rose-Neath Funeral Home chapel in Coushatta at 2:00 PM with Reverend Billy Joe Martin officiating. Interment followed at St. Maurice Cemetery in St. Maurice, LA. Visitation was held Wednesday, June 7, 2017 at the Kilpatrick's Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Coushatta from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Loretta was born November 11, 1949, in Natchitoches, LA to Leroy and Louise Brown Waters and went home to be with her Lord and Savior on June 6, 2017, in Coushatta, LA. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother, aunt, and friend. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. Preceding her in death were her parents; brother, Pat Waters and son, Jackie Bryan Waters. Left to cherish her memory are son, Joey and wife, Janice Flowers Musselwhite of Castor, LA; siblings, Mary Wetzel of Frierson, LA, Judy Fredricks and husband, Chester of Campti, LA, Jerry Waters and wife, Ann of Shreveport, LA, Linda Philips and husband, Gene of Coushatta, LA; and grandchildren, Savannah Hay and Case Hay of Castor, LA. Serving as pallbearers were Kenny Irvin, Truett Irvin, Michael Schamburger, Charles Joiner, Thomas Allen and Brandon "Scooby" J. Hannah. Honorary pallbearers were Clint Joiner, Albert Eugene Phillips and Michael Waters.
