Lovella Iles

DENHAM SPRINGS, LA-Funeral services honoring the life of Mrs. Lovella Burr Iles, 90, will be held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, October 25, 2017 at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Mansfield, LA with Rev. Delman Rogers officiating. Burial will follow at Old Union Cemetery in Converse, LA. Visitation will be held for friends and family on Tuesday, October 24, 2017 from 5 till 8 pm. Lovella was born on March 20, 1927 to Charles and Pearalee Ross Burr and passed away on October 21, 2017. She was preceded in death by her husband, David Iles, Sr.; her parents, her son, Rodger Dale Ford; sisters, Ruby Brown, Trudy Rogers, Ruth George, Inez Scott, Marie Antee, Thelma Phillips, and Gertrude Bennett; brothers, Arthur, Huey, Gathel, Walter, Guy "Burton", and Dewey Burr; and son-in-law, Lee Bryant. Those left to cherish her memory are her son, David M. Iles, Jr. and his wife Sharon of Denham Springs, LA; daughters, Janice Hull and husband Donnie of Denham Springs, LA, Vicki DuVall of Livingston, LA, Annette Lynch and her husband Cliff of Memphis, TN, Carolyn Wright and her husband Glen of Denham Springs, LA, and Kathy Bryant of Montevallo, AL; brothers, Rev. Garthel Burr and Medford Burr and his wife Sue; fourteen grandchildren, thirty-two great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren. Honoring the life of Lovella as pallbearers will be Christopher Watts, Robert Hull, Daniel Blunt, David Iles, III Rodger Dale Ford, Jr., James Ford, Sloan Hull and Jason Hull.
