Lucille Beatrice French

Ida, LA. - Graveside services for Lucille Beatrice French, age 97 will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, September 22, 2016 at Bethsaida Cemetery in Ida, LA. There will be a time of visitation beginning at 8:00 a.m. prior to the service at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, 705 S. Spruce Street, Vivian, LA.

Mrs. French was born in Independence, TX on December 16, 1918 to Hayden Frazier Moore and Myrtle Lee woods Moore and passed away on September 20, 2016 at Vivian Health Care after a lengthy illness. She was a member of Christian Avenue Church of Christ in Vivian, LA.

Mrs. French is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Benjamine Clarence French, brothers, William, George, Eugene, Leon, Carl and Odell; sisters, Myrtle and Iva; son Charles William French and one great grandson, Erik. She is survived by her siblings, Pearl, Helen, Louise, Eldridge and James; grandchildren, Russell French and wife Debbie of Oklahoma City, OK, Laura Molina and husband, Eddie of Plain Dealing, LA. and Blake French and wife, Brenda of Mira, LA. Mrs. French is also survived by 3 great grandchildren, 8 great-great grandchildren and 8 great-great great grandchildren.
