Macie Johnnie Litton

Shreveport, La - Funeral service will be held for Macie Johnnie Sandifer Litton, 90, at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 28, 2015 at Rose-Neath's Southside Chapel, 2500 Southside Drive, Pastor Mike Hicks will be officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Park West Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 27, 2015 at the funeral home. Macie was born on March 30, 1925 in Marthaville, La to David Hanson and Rosie Carter Sandifer. She passed away on October 24, 2015 in Shreveport, La. She was a member of Hope Community Church of God. She was preceded in death by her parents, and her loving husband, Reverend Hollis Litton. She is survived by her son, Danny Litton and his wife, Eloise, grandchildren, Veronica Cockran and Jason Litton, and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Honoring Mrs. Litton as pallbearers will be Paul Cockran, Johnny Sandifer, Jimmy Feazel, Mike Burnley, Kevin Sandifer, and Jerry Sandifer.
