DEBERRY, TX- Mrs. Margaret Ann Schmidt, 72, passed from this life on June 8, 2015. Visitation will be from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 11, 2015. Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, June 12, 2015 at Rose-Neath's Southside Chapel. Interment will follow at Mt. Zion Cemetery in Panola, TX. She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Jed and Emma Hill; parents, Ila and Ray Showalter; children, Cynthia Schmidt, Valerie Schmidt and Brandon Schmidt. She is survived by her husband, John Schmidt; brother, Ked Showalter; daughter, Regina Bond and husband, Brian; sister, Denisha Atwood and husband, Steve; grandchildren, Kristy Parker and husband, Matt; Kim Bond Almanza, Stacey Costello, and Andy Bond and wife, Michelle; great-grandchildren, Gage, Brody and Ella Parker; Diego and Gabriella Almanza; Drew, Avery and Allie Bond. Pallbearers will be Andy Bond, Matt Parker, Leslie, Robert, Kevin and Chance Schmidt.
