Funeral services for Margie McCain will be held on Friday, June 7, 2024 at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, 2201 Airline Dr., Bossier City, Louisiana. A visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service. A burial will follow at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, 5185 Swan Lake Rd., Bossier City, Louisiana. Officiating the service will be Pastor Randy Harper.

Margie was born on September 3, 1930 in Shreveport, Louisiana to Tandy Foster and Ola Foster and passed away on Wednesday, May 29, 2024 in Bossier City, Louisiana.

Margie is preceded in death by her parents, Tandy and Ola Foster; beloved husband, Robert Leonard McCain; sons-in-law, John T. Dark and Dale Thomas; grandson, Todd Sistrunk; great-grandchildren, Case Thomas, Jensen, and Josephine Arinder. She is survived by daughters, Betty Dark, Billie Thomas, and Debra Fabre; grandchildren, Trey Thomas, Robby Thomas, Cody Thomas, Brandy Fabre Corkern, Joshua Fabre, Clint Sistrunk, and Cori LeBlanc; 21 great-grandchildren and 10 great-great-grandchildren.

Honoring Margie as pallbearers will be Trey Thomas, Robby Thomas, Cody Thomas, Josh Fabre, Sean Thomas, Stetson Sistrunk, Dylan Cummings, and Jaime Corkern. Serving Margie as honorary pallbearers will be Clint Sistrunk, Troy Thomas, and Caleb Thomas.

The family suggests memorials may be made to the Bellaire Baptist Church Senior Adult Group, Golden Eagles, 4330 Panther Dr., Bossier City, Louisiana.
