Marguerite Elizabeth Pate

Shreveport, La - Celebration of Life services for Mrs. Marguerite Elizabeth Pate will be held at 3:00 PM, Wednesday, February 18, 2015, with Pastor Randy Johnson officiating on the grounds of Centuries Memorial Park, Shreveport, LA. Mrs. Pate was born August 30, 1922, to the late William C. and Margaret Pickett Aldridge and was called home February 17, 2015. She always enjoyed feeding her birds, loved her plants and always took great pride in her homemaking skills. Mrs. Pate was preceded in death by her parents; four brothers; Tex Aldridge, A.C. Aldridge, Leon Aldridge and Lawrence Aldridge and one sister; Clara Ivy. Left to cherish the beautiful memories Marguerite leaves behind will be her children; Robby R. Pate and Rita M. Bates and husband James, one brother; W.C. "Dub" Aldridge and wife Jean, three grandchildren; Mike, Patrick and Kristan along with numerous extended family members and many wonderful friends.
