Martha Ann Whatley

Celebration of Life for Martha "Marty" Ann Mitcheltree Whatley will be held on Sunday, December 31, 2017 from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at Rose-Neath Southside Funeral Home. Martha was born on July 6, 1942 to Mary Grace Byers Mitcheltree and Seaman Ward Mitcheltree in Shreveport, LA and passed on December 26, 2017. Martha is preceded in death by her parents. Left to cherish her beautiful memories are her daughter, Katherine Snider and husband Tim Starnes; son, Mark and wife Tanya Snider; daughter, Allison and husband Erik Katona; grandchildren, Michael Luce, Bailee Sayles, Corben Snider and Sydney Katona. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Shreveport Humane Society.
