Bossier City, La - A funeral service for Mary Evelyn Meyer Hoyt, 69, will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday, April 7, 2015 at Rose-Neath's Southside Chapel. Officiating will be Father Daigle. Visitation will be 1 p.m. until service at the funeral home. Interment will at Rose-Neath Cemetery in Bossier City, Louisiana. Mary was born on July 6, 1945 to Stanley and Irene Meyer in Honolulu, Hawaii. She passed away on April 2, 2015. She enjoyed arts and crafts, shopping, working with kids. She was a homemaker. She loved her fur baby, Brownie. She was preceded in death by her parents, her son, Stanley Currier Hoyt, III, sisters, Tanet Meyer and Sylvia Meyer, and brother, Larry Meyer. She is survived by her loving husband of 51 years, Stanley Currier Hoyt, Jr., granddaughter, Salenia Paige Hoyt, and brothers, Donald Meyer, and Leonard Meyer.
