Mary Posey
Coushatta, LA - A celebration of life for Mary Adaline Posey, known to most as Adaline, 96, will be held at 3:00 PM, Friday, March 9, 2018 at Kilpatrick's Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Coushatta, LA with Reverend Buster Bailey officiating. Interment will follow in Springville Cemetery in Coushatta. The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM prior to service time.
Adaline was born on October 29, 1921 in Coushatta, LA to Willie and Geneva McMurrey Posey and passed away in March 6, 2018 in Coushatta, LA. She was a native of Coushatta and a 1938 graduate of Coushatta High School. She was a loyal, dedicated employee of Alexandria Seed Company for over 30 years.
Adaline was preceded in death by her parents; and brothers, Bill, Jack and Roy Posey. Left to cherish her memory are her nephew, Ron Garland and fiancee', Shaun Valentine of Marthaville, LA.
