Mattie Faye Allen Arledge Mattie Faye Allen Arledge departed this earth for Heaven on January 28, 2016, surrounded by her family. She was born June 9, 1935 in Pleasant Hill, La. Visitation will be held, February 1, 2016 from 11am until 1 pm at Rose-Neath Funeral Home on Marshall Street. Graveside services to follow at 2 pm in the Old Blanchard Cemetery. Rev. John Rabo to officiate. Preceding in death her husband, Robert Udell Arledge Sr. and her son, Robert Udell "Robby" Arledge, Jr. Grew up and lived in the Blanchard area. Worked in sales with oil field industry all her life. She was a Loving , Caring mother and grandmother. She loved beach family vacations, skiing, fishing, and favorite pastimes were reading, sewing and cooking. She was the "best cook". She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and spoiling them. Survivors include: daughters, Daphne Watson, husband Jeff; Darlene Jorgensen and husband Rusty; sister, Virginia Attaway; grandchildren, Mollie Duos and husband Jonah, Morgan Watson, and Josh Jorgensen. She wrote following quote, "I want to say a thanks to all the special people who have taken care of me and been there for me through thick and thin, daughter Daphne, son-in-law Jeff, Granddaughters Mollie, Morgan, grandson-in-law Jonah, Nieces Sharon Aymond and Pat Cloud, friends Pat and Dennis Watson. Pallbearers - Jeff Watson, Jonah Duos, Shannon McDaniel, Kenny Castille, Andy Fonville, and Josh Jorgensen. Family would like to send special thanks to Dr. Eric Smith and Dr. Robert Mccoy.
