Bossier City, LA- Merle Elizabeth McLeod (King) Neill, 90, former resident of Slaton, Texas died September 20, 2017 in Bossier City, Louisiana. Merle was born April 12, 1927 in San Angelo, Texas to Clyde Russell McLeod and Myrtle Hooper (McLeod) Moore. Preceded in death by her husband, Seth Neill, she is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Debra (King) and Joe Fowler. Graveside services will be held at Enlgewood Cemetery in Slaton at 2:00 pm Monday, September 25, 2017, with family visitation at 5 pm at The Harvey House in Slaton.
