Michael Scott "Scotty" Beshea was born July 20, 1967 in Shreveport, Louisiana to Teresa Rogers and Willie Beshea, Jr., and passed away peacefully surrounded by family, Monday, July 26, 2021.
A graveside service honoring the life of Michael Scott "Scotty" Beshea will be held at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, August 4, 2021 in Rose-Neath Cemetery in Bossier City, Louisiana. Officiating the service will be Ray Raney, Care Pastor at The Simple Church.
Scotty worked for many years in sheet metal fabrication and excelled in his field. Scotty was happiest playing his guitars, working on his hot rods, loving on his animals and being with his family. He was larger than life with all of his energy and was loved by many. Scotty will always be remembered for his passion for life and his love for his family.
He is preceded in death by his father, Willie Beshea, Jr.; grandmother, Billy Graves; cousin, Brian Sapp; and uncle, Walter Winiarski.
Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Renee Beshea; daughters, Marisa Beshea and Maisy Beshea; mother, Teresa Rogers and husband, Hoyle; sister, "Sissy" Rhonda Hammons and husband, John; nephew, Jacob Hammons; niece, Emily Hammons; uncle and second father, Donnie Ormond and wife, Gina; loving and precious aunt, Beverly Sapp and husband, Mike; uncle, Fred "Bubba" Forsythe and wife, Mary Beth; and best friend and brother at heart, Hank Castleman.
The family would like to extend their sincere appreciation to the nurses and staff at the Carpenter House for taking such wonderful care of Scotty during his time of need.
