SHREVEPORT, LA- Memorial services for Michael Anthony Jacobs, 63, will be held at 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 20, 2014 at Rose-Neath's Southside Chapel. Visitation with the family will be from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
Michael was born on December 1, 1950 to John and Patricia Jacobs and passed away on August 16, 2014. He was a sales engineer in the pulp and paper industry. He enjoyed golf and LSU Football.
He is survived by his wife, Teressa Bedsole Jacobs; father, John Jacobs; mother, Patricia Peeler; son, Tony Jacobs; grandchildren, Madison, Kendall, Hannah and Kaleb Jacobs; brothers, Phillip Jacobs and wife, Kathy, Richard Jacobs and wife, Sherry, and David Jacobs; numerous nieces and nephews.
