Mansfield, LA - Funeral services honoring the life of Michael Defee Nash, 67, will be 11:00 AM, Friday, May 29, 2015, at Rose-Neath Funeral Home Chapel in Mansfield, with Reverend Steve Sallis officiating. Burial will follow at First Community Church Cemetery in Mansfield. The family will receive friends at Rose-Neath Chapel in Mansfield from 10:00 AM until time of service on Friday, May 29, 2015. Michael was born September 20, 1947 to Pete and Opal Nash in Ruston and went to be with his Lord on May 26, 2015 in Shreveport. Preceding Michael in death was his father Pete Nash. Those left behind to cherish his memory are his son Keith Nash; mother Opal Nash; ex-wife Janet Nicholson Nash. Honoring the life of Michael as pallbearers will be Bill Smith, Randy Sallis, Joe Craig Fleniken, Mike Smith, Frankie Marshall, and Hulon Sistrunk. Honorary pallbearers will be Gus Hall, Tommy Simmons, and Sharon Porter.
