Services for Moline Whatley Shirley will be at 11 a.m. Friday, April 13, 2018 at Rose-Neath Bossier Chapel. Officiating will be her grandson, Rev. Scott Shirley, assisted by Rev. Buster Page and Rev. Tommy Patton. Interment will follow at Hill Crest Cemetery, Haughton. Visitation will be 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Thursday, April 12, 2018 at Rose-Neath Bossier. Moline was born August 18, 1926 in Blevins, TX to Elmer and Lorine Belote Whatley and passed away April 10, 2018 in Bossier City. Moline, a longtime resident of Bossier City, was a charter member of Waller Baptist Church and retired from Sears. She was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, Boyd Robert Shirley; parents and brothers, Thomas Gaylon Whatley, Harold M. Whatley and Hubert Whatley. Moline is survived by her daughters, Sheila Shirley Zsimovan and husband, Michael of Bossier, Sharon Shirley Lauterbach and husband, Randy of Benton, Susan Shirley Walker and husband, Mickey of Greenwood; grandchildren, Justin Zsimovan and wife, Amie of Shreveport, Paul Zsimovan and wife, Amy of Bossier, Heather Kline and husband, Jason of Bossier , Rev. Scott Shirley and wife, Bethany of Bossier, Matthew Lauterbach and wife, Monica of Benton and Aaron Lauterbach of Prosper, TX, and great grandchildren, Austin Woods, Korbin Zsimovan, Zeke Zsimovan, Zeb Zsimovan, Zack Zsimovan, Suzy Mae Zsimovan, Hannah Shirley, Micah Shirley, Scarlett Shirley, Avery Shirley, Kingston Kline, Abby Lauterbach, Merritt Lauterbach, Kenner Lauterbach. She is also survived by a brother, Donald L. Whatley and wife, Joann of Baytown, TX; sisters, Fadra Whatley Jones and husband, Tommy of Burleson, TX, Glenda Whatley Bare and husband, Ray of Jamestown, LA and a host of nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank Dr. Leslie Sewell for her many years of loving care, Dr. G.E. Ghali and Diane DunkiJacobsNolten, Dr. Edwin Westmoreland and Cindy Harrell; Moline's sitters from Home Instead, Sheree Monroe, Jennifer Kerry and Kathy Whorton for their exceptional care; LA Home Care, especially Ola, Carol, Alishia and Lisa, and The Bloom at Bossier and their staff.
