MSGT., USAF (Ret.) John Clovis Beers

Shreveport, LA - John was born December 31, 1936 in Coalport, PA and passed away Tuesday, May 30, 2017 after a sudden illness. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and son. He served our country for 20 years in the United States Air Force and twenty-one years in the United States Post Office. He will be dearly missed by family and friends. He was preceded in death by his wife Marion, Father and Mother Lewis and Lois, Sister Linda, Brother Dan, daughters Renee and Shelia, and son Bobby. He is survived by his brother William and his wife Marla, sister in law Carol, sons Daniel, Melvin, Alan, Joseph and wife Katie, and Bryant, daughters Donna, Linda, Kathy, Mig, Marion Joy, and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
