  Funeral services honoring the life of Muriel Marie Royal will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, April 6, 2018 at Rose-Neath Funeral Home Chapel of Many, Louisiana with Dr. Terry Horowitz officiating. Visitation will be at Rose-Neath Funeral Home of Many on Thursday, April 5, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.   Mrs. Muriel Marie Royal was born on January 17, 1930 to John Brown Mahaffey & Susan Ethel Anderson Mahaffey. She entered into rest on April 4, 2018 in Many, LA at the age of 88. Preceding her in death are her parents, her husband, Quinton Royal, her brothers, J.C. Mahaffey, C.E. Mahaffey, and Cecil Mahaffey and her sisters, Eula Vee Cox, Imozelle Burris, and Lurlene Gabler.   She is survived by her son, Dale Royal & wife Sheila of Many, LA; daughters Rhonda Horowitz & husband Terry of Many, LA and Freda Royal & Rocky Vinton of White Sulphur Springs, MT; one brother, Jesse Alton Mahaffey of Many, LA; 6 grandchildren: Mandy Silva, Jamie Prewitt, Kristy Harper, Misty Dezendorf, Erica Credille, and Eric Royal; 8 great grandchildren: Travis Foster, Quinton Ammons, Dalton Valdez, Miguel Prewitt, Lucas Dezendorf, Conner, Caden, & Hayes Harper,as well as 1 great-great grandchild, Scarlett Foster.   Serving as pallbearers will be Jamie Prewitt, Eric Royal, Travis Foster, Matt Dezendorf, Bob Harper & Joey Credille.   Honorary pallbearers will be Javier Silva, Dalton Valdez, Miguel Prewitt, Lucas Dezendorf, Conner Harper, Caden Harper, and Hayes Harper.
