Nancy Kathryn Ebarb

Nancy K. Ebarb, 84, of Bossier City, Louisiana, passed away peacefully on Monday, August 26, 2024. Born on July 22, 1940, in Omaha, Texas, Nancy was a devoted mother and grandmother, whose nurturing presence extended beyond her family to touch all who knew her.

Nancy spent her professional life as a beautician before dedicating herself full-time to her role as a homemaker. Her love for gardening and spending quality time with her family were the simple pleasures that brought her great joy and fulfillment.

She is survived by her children, James and Barbara McGee of Montgomery, LA; Ray McGee of Bossier City; Robby and Jennifer McGee of Haughton; Bobby Joe McGee of Bossier; Vickie and Darrel Davis of Longview, TX; Jerri and Eric Nechvatal of Katy, TX; Susan Audleman of Bossier; stepchildren Donya Barker and Stacey Tenery of Mt. Vernon, TX.

 Nancy was a proud grandmother to Justin, Rachel, Kristin, Chloe, Parker, Mark, Haley, Morgan, Jimmy, Sarah, Zack, Josh, Kathryn, Joe Don, Amber, Nolan, Brittany, Samantha, Hunter, Donald, Nancy, Dustin M., Johnathon, and Clayton, and Dustin E. Her joy continued to grow with her numerous great-grandchildren, including Jody, Hannah, Tyler, Izzy, Kailyn, Brawlen, Mckenzie, Brody, Bryson, Kymber, Jace, Emmett, Magnolia, Anna Lynn, Riley, Olivia, Westin, Kinsley, Easton, Sawyer, Gabriel, Austin, Peyton, Saylor, Dane, Madelyn, Michael, and Josie; loving friend, Dave Madden.

Preceding her in death were her beloved husband, Donald D. Ebarb; her parents, James Nolan and Josie Victoria Derrick; her son, Jimmy Wayne McGee; her daughters, Kathy Elizabeth Baker and Margie Renea McGee; and her brothers, Ed and Jerry Derrick.

Memorial services will be held on Saturday, September 14, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, Bossier Chapel, located at 2201 Airline Dr., Bossier City, LA 71111. Officiating the service will be Brother Steven Maxwell. The family extends their heartfelt thanks to Gentiva Hospice for their compassionate care and support during Nancy's final days.
