NOEL "CHIP" D. WILLIS   SHREVEPORT, LA - Funeral services celebrating the life of Noel Darwin Willis, 59, will be held at 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 24, 2016 at Rose-Neath Southside Chapel. Interment will follow at Forest Park West Cemetery. Rev. Monroe G. Mercer will be officiating. Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 23, 2016 at the funeral home. Chip was born December 26, 1956 in Carthage, Texas to David Willis and Edna E. Lambert and passed away on August 19, 2016 after a short illness. He was an avid employee of Libbey Glass and retired after 38 years. His hobbies included fishing, security detailing, playing the drums, hunting, bowling, hot air ballooning, and softball. He will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved him. Chip was preceded in death by his parents. Those left to cherish his memory are his devoted and loving wife of 32 years, Donna Causey Willis; daughters, Katy Cathey and husband Tayler, Jessica McClellan and husband Allen; grandchild, Lucy McClellan; brother, Randy Willis; sister, Delisa Mercer and husband Monroe. Honoring Chip as pallbearers will be Tayler Cathey, Chris Causey, Mark Causey, Raymond Causey, Ronald Causey, Terry Causey, Allen McClellan and Honorary pallbearer, Steve Causey. The family wants to send a special Thank You to Willis Knighton South ICU for all the love and care they showed Chip.
