Ola Lee Tucker House, Born June 17, 1925 went to be with the Lord on July 8, 2016. Services will be held at Blanchard Church of the Nazarene, with visitation on Sunday, July 10, 2016 from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m., and Funeral services on Monday, July 11, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. Officiating will be Rev. Delbert Terry.
She was born in Horatio, Arkansas, but has resided in Blanchard, Louisiana for 60 plus years. She\'s a member of the Blanchard Church of the Nazarene. She was well known as \"Mamaw House\" to most of the community. Mamaw\'s greatest loves were God, her church, and her family. She loved playing with her grandbabies. It always brought a light to her eyes and a smile to her face.
Ola was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, Omer House and her parents, George and Rosie Tucker, 2 brothers, 4 sisters, and 1 great-grandson. She is survived by one sister, Brenda Tucker, her children; Melinda Terry, Roger House, Anita Johnson, Rosemary Bryant and Richard House; 12 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren and 13 great-great-grandchildren.
The family would like to give special thanks to Carol and the staff of Harmony House, and the many friends and family who have helped Mamaw in her time of need.
Serving as Pallbearers are her great-grandsons, Chase Pawlik, Jacolby House, Jeremy Weed, Bradley Weed, Michael Smith, Caleb Smith and Noah Terry.
