Omega Price

Arcadia - Funeral services will be held for Omega Price, age 78, at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, February, 17, 2018, at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Arcadia. Bro. Mike Howard will officiate. The interment will follow at Salem Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 12:00 until service time at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 17, 2018. Omega was born April 13, 1939. She entered into rest on February 13, 2018. She had worked as a nurse's aide. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, great grandmother and sister. Omega loved doing embroidery and sewing for her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Our mom always treated our friends throughout our lives as children of her own. Omega is preceded in death by her parents Charlie Solomon and Effie Virginia Blaylock, husbands Sallee B.M. Duke and J.D. Price, daughter Genell Duke, brothers James and Walter Eppinette, sister Francis Jones, grandson Steven Fife and great grandson Jeremiah Odom. She is survived by her children Johnny Duke and wife Alicia, Roger Fife and wife Kimberley, Carl Duke and wife Donna, Janette Odom and husband Jessie, and Faye Carroll, by sisters Edith Pauline Steadman, Glenda Earl Nichols, and Barbara Sue Nichols, brothers Floyd, Jerry, Charles Ray, Dennis Blaylock, grandchildren Paul Hunter and wife Amy, Bryan Fife, Melissa Thorpe and husband Robert, Jeremy Fife and wife Chelsea, Jonathan Fife and wife Olivia, Brandy Rogers and husband Daniel, Derrick Duke and wife Candy, Brad Odom and wife Cheryl, Lacy Dalme and husband Randy, Amanda Howard and husband Nathan, Jessica Pamplin and husband Steven, Andra Duke, Victoria Victory, Christina Victory, Elizabeth LaDart and husband Patrick, Jennifer Mullican, Jeffery Mullican, William Carroll, great grandchildren MyLyn, Asher, Caden, Elijah, Erin, Ava, Henry, Haven, Garrett, Wyatt, Dakota, Noah, Tessa, Memphis, Libby, Abby, Aaron, Piper, Xzavier, Bryson, Mariah, Patricia, Joseph, Jesse, Rebecca, Faith, Hope and Bobby, and by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
