With Opal’s passing we lost a mother, mother-in-law, mamaw, and friend but this world lost a mighty prayer warrior. There were two things that she loved beyond all others. The first was her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and His work. If you spoke with her for five minutes you would know where her faith lied. The second was her family, with special emphasis on her Grandchildren. They were her pride and joy.
A special thank you to Passages Hospice and her caregivers for the past three months, Precious Edwards, Melba Benjamin, Ann Williams and our angel in disguise Ina Warren.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude or First Assembly of God, Minden.
