Funeral services for Pat W. Smith will be held Friday, January 1, 2016 at 10 am at Rose-Neath Funeral Home Chapel in Minden, Louisiana with Rev. Keith Adams and Rev. Barry Carter officiating. Interment will follow at Gardens of Memory in Minden, Louisiana. The family will receive friends from 9 am Friday til service time. Pat was born January 25, 1942 in Minden, Louisiana and entered into rest December 29, 2015 in Minden, Louisiana. She is survived by her husband Jerry Smith of Minden, son Greg Smith and wife Nina of Minden, brother John Wright of Coushatta, and grandson Jason Smith and wife Ginny of Crestview. Florida. Pallbearers will be Rick Chreene, Ronnie Chreene, Mike Chreene, Tim Cain, Larry Pearson, and Jimmy Jenkins.
