Patricia Jean Wiman

Funeral services for Patricia Jean Wiman, 86, will be held on Friday, February 7, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Rose-Neath Funeral Home, 2500 Southside Dr., Shreveport, Louisiana. Burial will follow at Rose-Neath Cemetery, 5185 Swan Lake Rd. in Bossier City. A visitation will be held Friday, February 7, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home. Officiating the service will be Pastor Willis Martin.

Patricia was born on December 19, 1938, in Shreveport, Louisiana to Enoch E. and Maggie Briggs, and passed away on Friday, January 30, 2025, in Shreveport.

Patricia was a resident of Shreveport. She graduated from Jefferson High School in Jefferson, Texas and continued her education at business school in Shreveport. She spent her career as a secretary for First National Bank where she retired. She loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them. She also loved to travel and take cruises.

Patricia is preceded in death by her parents and her brother. Left to cherish her memory is her husband of 63 years, Larry Lucas Wiman; two sons, Derris Wiman and Brad Wiman; two grandsons, Seth Wiman and wife, Virginia and Brock Wiman; and two great-grandchildren, Lee Wiman and Maggie.

Patricia is going to be greatly missed by her family and friends, but we take comfort in knowing she is in Heaven with her Lord and Savior.
