Funeral services honoring the life of Patsy Faye Lambert age 73 will be at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, September 26, at Spring Ridge Baptist Church in Pleasant Hill, LA. Reverend Glenn Howard will be officiating and burial will follow in the Spring Ridge Cemetery. The family will receive friends and love one beginning at 11:00 AM on September 26, 2017 until service time. Patsy Faye Lambert was born on June 17, 1944 in New Roads, LA to Arthur Wise and Ruth Barton Salley. She entered into rest on September 24, 2017 in The Grace Home. She is preceded in death by her mother and father; her husband, Terry Lambert; her brother Jimmy C. Wise; her sister Robbie D. Gaddis & her step-dad Joe E. Salley. She is survived by her sons David L. Derrick & wife Kim of Shreveport & Michael Todd Derrick & wife Jennifer also of Shreveport. Her sister JoAnn Maroney & husband Jimmy of Pleasant Hill, LA. Her grandchildren, Colton T. Derrick & wife Heidi; William H. Derrick and Emma Rachell Derrick. One great grandchild Charli Kait Derrick. Pallbearers honoring Mr. Patsy Lambert are Colton T. Derrick, William H. Derrick, Chuck Gaddis, Tommy Wise, Ricky Gaddis, Rob Gaddis, Jody Maroney, & Nick Spann.
