Paul Demarest Carroll

Paul was born on March 12, 1952 to Walter and Anita Carroll in Montvale, New Jersey and passed away on March 22, 2024 in Shreveport, Louisiana at the age of 72.

Paul graduated from Westminster College in New Wilmington, Pennsylvania.  While he was there, he was a star pitcher on the baseball team.  He worked at Denman & Davis Steel in steel fabrication before changing careers to become an accomplished artist, specializing in stone, steel and bronze sculptures.  He was devoted to his family and neighbors; a friend to everyone he met.

He is preceded in death by his parents and brother, Dan Carroll.  He is survived by his sons, Nicholas and Patrick; daughter-in-law, Sydney; grandson, Caden; brother, John; ex-wife, Molly Anne and nephews, Travis, Tommy, Brayden and Michael.

A private family inurnment will be held at a later date.
