SHREVEPORT, LA- A Funeral Mass for Pearl Beaudion, 93, will be held at 12 noon Saturday, August 9, 2014 at St. Mary of the Pines Catholic Church. Officiating will be The Very Rev. Rothell Price V.G. and Father Thomas John. Graveside service will follow at 2:30 p.m. in St. John the Baptist Catholic Cemetery in Cloutierville, LA. Visitation will be Friday, August 8, 2014 from 5-7 p.m. at Rose-Neath Southside Chapel with a Rosary at 7 p.m.
Pearl was born in Derry, LA on December 3, 1920 to Frederick and Angella Roque and passed away in Houston on August 1, 2014. She was a resident of Houston, TX and a former resident of Shreveport.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John A. Beaudion; her parents, sister, Ella Dugar and brother, Fred D. Roque; daughter-in-law, Margo Beaudion. She is survived by her sons; James Beaudion and wife, Josephine, John Beaudion, Douglas A. Beaudion and special friend, Carmie; daughter, Betty Rachal and husband, Martin, Mary Frances Gallion and husband, Donald, Margie Roque and husband, James, Theresa Harris and husband, Ron; siblings, Allie Rachal, Annie Lee LaCour, Elmo Roque and wife, Ruth, James Roque and wife, Barbara, Rosalee Holland and Carrie Sers.
Pallbearers will be Darrin Gallion, Jean-Paul Gallion, Tony Rachal, Ryan Wax, James Chester Beaudion, John Beaudion, Jr., Keith Roque and Douglas Beaudion, Jr.
