KEITHVILLE, LA - Funeral services for Pearline Baker Frame, 88, will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, October 26, 2015 at Rose-Neath Southside Chapel. Interment will follow at Bethel Cemetery in Martin, LA. Officiating will be Bro. Buck Furlow. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 25, 2015 at the funeral home.
Pearline was born on August 10, 1927 in Fairview Alpha, LA to Allen Thomas and Armer Lee Mathews Baker and passed away from a lengthy illness on October 22, 2015. Pearline was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She loved being outside and working in her yard. She was passionate about her dogs and loved feeding the birds that would come to visit.
Preceding Pearline is death was her parents; her loving husband of 60 years, A.J. Frame; son, Jackie Frame; granddaughter, Marilyn Padgett, and sister, Una Mae Holman. Those left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Gloria Jeanette Crotsenburg and husband, Jerry, Kathy Padgett and husband, Joe; grandchildren, Lisa Carpenter, Tracey McCart, Tammy Foreman, Rodney Frame, Jennifer Padgett, and Erica Corley; 14 great-grandchildren, 18 great great-grandchildren; daughter-in-law, Faye Frame, sisters, Aline Cochran and Annie Glaze, brothers, Charles Baker and his wife, Natalie and Albert Baker and wife, Nancy, and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
Honoring Pearline as pallbearers will be Rodney Frame, Tracey McCart, Curtis Streetman, Brandon Streetman, Josh Brummett and Nathan Streetman.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials may be made to Breast Cancer Fund, 1388 Sutter Street, Suite 400, San Francisco, CA 94109-5400.
The family would like to say a special thanks to Harmony Hospice, Comfort Keepers and to all the caregivers for the love and care they gave to Pearline.
