Peggy was born on May 16, 1961, to Delmar and Marlene Kaye Shrontz in Norfolk, Virginia, and passed away on Wednesday, October 16, 2024, in Bossier City, Louisiana.

Peggy graduated from Superior High School in 1979. In 1982, Peggy married her beloved husband, Mark Fletcher, a steadfast firefighter. Together, they built a life filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories. Peggy’s proudest accomplishments included not only her enduring marriage but also the joy she found in her role as a grandmother, affectionately known as "Nana." Her grandbabies brought immense joy to her life, and she cherished each moment spent with them.

Peggy and her husband had a passion for the great outdoors. They enjoyed camping and traveling in their RV. These adventures offered her the chance to create lasting memories with her grandkids, as they explored new places and created lasting bonds along the way.

Peggy will be remembered for her loving spirit, her dedication to family, and the joyful life she shared with those she loved. She leaves behind a legacy of warmth and kindness that will continue to inspire and touch the hearts of all who knew her.

Peggy was preceded in death by her husband, Mark Fletcher, mother, Marlene Kaye Shrontz, and father, Delmar Shrontz. She is survived by sons, Nolan Fletcher, Logan Fletcher, and Jordan Fletcher, and wife, Haley Fletcher; grandchildren, Dakota Fletcher, Aubree Fletcher, Allyssa Fletcher, and Jackson Fletcher; nieces, Galyn Weaver, and Christina Sandaval and nephew, Michael Bishop.
