Peggy Charlotte Mobley

Shreveport, LA- A Graveside service for Peggy Charlotte Wilburn Mobley, 64, will be held 12 noon Saturday, March 28, 2015 at Rose-Neath Cemetery in Bossier City, Louisiana. Officiating will be Reverend Bob Moore. Visitation will be 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. Friday, March 27, 2015 at Rose-Neath Southside. Peggy was born on February 15, 1951 to Guy Wilson and Lela Bell Procell Wilburn in Mansfield, Louisiana. She passed away on March 20, 2015 in Bossier City, Louisiana. She was a beautician and loved making her clients feel and look beautiful. She is preceeded in death by her parents and her daughters, Courtney P. Rubio and Candace Sepulvado.
