Peggy Ann Ramsey

SHREVEPORT, LA - Funeral services will be held for Ms. Peggy Ann Ramsey, 77, at 12:00 p.m. Friday, July 1, 2016 at Rose-Neath Southside Chapel. Officiating will be Rev. Rick Feazell. Visitation with the family will be held Thursday, June 30, 2016 at 5:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. Interment will be held at Hurricane Cemetery in Athens, LA Peggy was born November 26, 1938 in Athens, LA to Lawrence P. Feazell and Beatrice Davidson Feazell and went to be with her heavenly Savior on June 26, 2016. Peggy loved watching her Saints football, and finding an excuse to cook a big meal for any and everyone. Going on cruises was her favorite thing to do, but above all, her family always came first. Preceding Peggy in death are her parents; son, Robert Keith Banks; great-grandson, Landen Keith Banks; sisters, Lareta Feazell, Doris Inez Feazell Thompson, Ernie O'Neal Feazell Anderson, and Ruby Lois Feazell Gathright; brothers, James Raymond Feazell and Arvil Ferguson Feazell. She is survived by sons, Russell Banks, Tracy Banks, and Micael Edward Banks; daughter, Devin Banks; two granddaughters, Larissa Banks and Ashley Banks; grandson, Aaron Banks; great-grandchildren, Nolan Wayne Jessee, Lillie Banks, and Addie Hicks. She also leaves behind numerous family members and friends. Honoring Peggy as pallbearers will be Randy Stewart, Paul Lowery, Jackie Smith, Josh Taraszkiewicz, Kyle Anderson, and Nelson Cole.
